lost watch

little watch you have left me

silver Skagen bracelet, opalescent face,

crystals counting minutes/hours of our life

together, you are now flashed, disparu.

I search for you

in closets of memory, under our bed,

but this time I’m quite sure this is it, really it,

you’ve handed in your fini,

like a husband tout fini,

little watch, you have fled.
